Josh Knight is the Architectural Designer and Construction Manager for Fred Motz Builder. In the business for16 years, Josh started working right out of High School with a Lansing-based design business Alternative Design while attending college. Working with over 30 builders in the Mid-Michigan area, Josh gained experience designing homes from 800 square feet to well over 10,000 square feet. Working with Looking Glass Incorporated from 1997- 2007, he was able to see his designs develop from start to finish and was able to hone his design and construction management skills to assure that all designs were cost effective and practical to build. Now, working along side Fred Motz and FMB's successful building team, Josh has added his CAD design and construction supervision experience to set the FMB services at the fore-front of the Mid-Michigan new home market.
